They are fresh and if you a NYC native like me, the billboard gives them an even brighter stage. Hopefully the Knicks can keep Nate but it looks slim. But these shoes will never be forgotten. "it ain't easy being green".

It's Been a Long Time....

But I'm back. A lot has happened since my last entry. (which was exactly a month ago) If you missed all-star Saturday night then you missed krypto"Nate" (Take on and defeat Superman). The buzz has been going on for the shoes that were specially made for Nate when he used the the neon green Foamposite Lite's with the logo engraved inside. I have to admit these are the freshest since the penny joints. Not gonna post pics they're everywhere , if you haven't seen them then you don't want them. I've heard 24 pairs are only going to be released. Be prepared to pay a lot or go to target and get an air bed (and get the one with the plug in inflator not the charge one, I found out the "hardaway") and take the D train to Harlem. I'll be back with some more releases; those 1/2 Cent's don't look bad either, the price is steep......

The First Week

Its been a week. I've seen Obama dance, laugh, grow old (courtesy of computer animation) and most (and best) of all take the lead as our new president of the United States. It was a week of hope and a week of preparation. In my opinion there are some Americans that could have expectations that are higher than for any other person I've seen before. I don't think it bothers him (he'd be good at poker). Obama and Jordan are the most recognizable faces in the world. I didn't realize this until I was watching the news; he's on his world tour. From all corners man. The thing they all had in common was they were all hoping for change. They felt that's what Obama stood for, this is what they expect of him. He's the president of the US but the world has been watching. They've also been waiting from ages 8 to 180. (from 1865 until now 2009). It inspires me more, and if you are not inspired what do you live for ?

It's A new Year.

A New Year and a new president. Change is here... I will be back on Tues with no more excuses. A minority now leads the most powerful nation in the world, a place where people despise, and fight to the death to get here (at the same time)... The future looks really bright...

09 is a "B.I.G."year (Happy New Year)

It's only hours away. We are nine years into the 21st century. I always look forward to new years. It gives you a chance to reflect on the last one, and anything you could change for the better. And then, you make the adjustments for the coming year. That's what I intend to do , in almost every aspect I need to improve on (not many things..). Happy New Year and look for bigger things for the blog (which will soon become a website, and then a business).
